    How has the rubber on top lasted?

    • @TheDaninator
      @TheDaninator 20 годин тому

      The mat is good. BUT, I leave the top lid open most of the time, and the adhesive has let go. I went with the us general liner (lighter material), and it’s holding just fine! Apparently the rubber mat was too heavy for the glue to hold it.

    I got my trucks cab changed because the old one was rusty. Since I got it back the brakes feel quite spongy. Today I made already a brake bleeder that works with compressed air. I will follow procedure #2 and bleed it as often as it feels right.

    I'm using 5mm ID tubing x 8mm OD. Fits nice and tight over every nipple I've encountered. My Goldwing has 7 bleeding points for the two wheels, plus a clutch bleeder.

    Chances are if your here you have a problem. I did too. My solution to the stuck hub AND the stuck cv axel was a candle. YES A CANDLE!! heat the hub up evenly don't even worry about the cv axel the heat will get to it. Just evenly heat it. About 10 minutes. Did it with the cheapes torch at Walmart. Seriously . 10 minutes. Then take a dollar store candle stick and as it's starting to cool stick it on the cv axel on the outside of the hub and the wax will suck into the problem and loosen EVERYTHING up. That's the only thing that worked in my situation. If I have the same issue with my driver side I'll make a video. I'm just trying to help. Might sound crazy but it's literally THE ONLY THING that worked. Much like this video. 😅 also don't take to uch shit off. Just get the breaks out the way and heat up the hub don't take nothing else off you'll need the extra support along with the torque from a wrench which also I put 2 wrenches together one on each end of eachother(figure it out it works) to get that extra torque that a big ass torque wrench couldn't do/fit in there or a breaker bar. Hope this helped if your here with this issue. I promise it will work and work so much quicker and without hurting yourself or your vehicle.
